Troubleshooting information for Poly DECT UC headsets, to help resolve audio problems and other general issues you might encounter when in use with a computer.

Most of the time, the primary cause of technical issues encountered while using a DECT UC headset is an inconsistent connection. Audio problems such as cutting in and out, static, and other symptoms like losing a connection with the DECT USB adapter are indicators of an unstable connection.

Follow these basic steps to address most DECT UC headset issues:

Step 1 - Turn Off the Headset and Disconnect the DECT USB adapter

Steps to reconnect the USB adapter from the computer and restart the headset.

  • These headset models have a power button located on the speaker where the microphone boom is.
