How to find the serial number on Poly headsets

 Every Poly product has a unique serial number. Reference these numbers when you contact customer support, try to find drivers and support documents, service the product, or determine warranty status.

Backbeat FIT 350 serial number and date code

The serial number can be identified with the letter S/N (for example, S/N: 005JYP) and it is located on the side of the volume control on the headset.

Backbeat FIT 2100 serial number and date code

The serial number for the Backbeat FIT 2100 can be identified with the letters S/N (for example, S/N: 005JYP) and is located on the inner part of the right speaker. The date code can be found next to the serial number can be identified with the letters B/C.

Backbeat FIT 3100 serial number and date code

You can find the Serial Number for the Voyager Free 60 Series in three different places. 

1. Printed on the inner part of the charging case

2. The Serial Number is also located on the face of the touch panel. Swipe left twice to reveal the Firmware, Serial and Tattoo Number.
