Use Poly Lens Mobile to update your Poly Voyager Free 60+ UC earbuds and touch-screen charge case.

Poly Lens Mobile checks for a new software version from the server automatically when your Poly Voyager Free 60+ UC earbuds connect to Poly Lens Mobile.

If the application detects a new version of the earbuds or touch-screen charge case, an Update button displays on the device screen.

• If the software for the Poly Voyager Free 60+ UC earbuds and touch-screen charge case isn't the latest version, you can upgrade your Poly Voyager Free 60+ UC earbuds and touch-screen charge case at the same time.

• If only the earbuds or touch-screen charge case isn't the latest version, you can upgrade the earbuds or touch-screen charge case separately. For more information, refer to Update device software from device settings.

• To use this feature, the software of both the earbuds and touch-screen charge case must be on version 231.591.0.5039 or later.

  If the earbuds’ software version is earlier than 231.591.0.5039, follow Update device software from the device screen and Update device software from device settings to upgrade using Poly Lens Mobile.

  If the touch-screen charge case software version is earlier than 231.591.0.5039, follow Update your device software using Poly Lens Desktop to upgrade.
