Hello all,

 

Poly Rove software 8.0.5 added a Handset Sanitized Mode

 

Poly Rove handsets now indicate that the phone is sanitized on the Home screen.


When cleaning staff sanitize a phone, they enable sanitizing mode by pressing and holding the center navigation key for five seconds.

 

Sanitizing mode starts a 30-second countdown timer and disables all the handset keys to facilitate cleaning.

When the time is up, the phone shows a green LED and displays a Handset Sanitized message.

Pressing any key, answering a call, or moving the phone on or off the cradle exits sanitized mode. You can also cancel the timer by pressing and holding the center navigation key for five seconds.
