UCS 5.1.1 introduced new features and functionality and as part of this BToE is no longer active when the phone is in LYNC base profile mode.
OPTION 1:
In order to activateor deactivate BToe manually on the phone please follow these steps:
- Press Menu Key
- Select Settings
- Select Feature
- Select BToe
- Enable or Disable BToE
Option 2:
Simply provision the feature from the provisioning server or import via the Web Interface if active (check => here <=).

BToE 3.0.0 or later:
BToE 3.0.0 in addition added more security and new ports. Please ensure that the PC firewall allows these ports
- UDP 2081 Phone => PC
- TCP 24801 Phone <=> PC
- SSH 22 Phone <=> PC
- UDP 24802 Phone <=> PC
- PCB.Exe and PLINK.exe TCP Port 6000
