Poly acquired ObiHai back in 2018 and the most common and well documented and known parameters or functionality of Polycom UC Software or PVOS are different in older Obi Edition or OBiHai phone software.

To enable a HTTPs web Interface browse to the Phone using HTTP and then navigate to System Management > Device Admin > Web Server and change the port from the default 80 to 443.
