Description:
Our Partner Microsoft certified Poly products to be used with Teams. A customer may want to report any issues back to Microsoft as it is their application running on the product.

Resolution: 
 On the phone press the top right 3 bars aka the Hamburger Menu:

Select Settings:

Select Report an Issue:

And from there enter your details and select the Category matching your issue

On other Poly products you may want to select More and the Feedback.

The same or similar menus should be available to report issues back to Microsoft
