Access Denied to Poly User Guides

I'm trying to access the Administrator Guide for the Poly VVX IP 230 series. When I click the link (https://kaas.hpcloud.hp.com/pdf-public/pdf_8536472_en-US-1.pdf) I get the following error message.

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Anyone able to access the administrator guide or know how to get around this error on the HP support site?
