Hello all,

the company I do IT support for has purchased several Poly devices for me to set up, and three Studio X52 (and their accompanying TC10) come with Poly+ licenses.

I managed to set up Poly Lens, the site, the rooms - the devices are registered and online, and the licenses activated.

But I cannot find any way to assign those licenses to the devices. How do I do that?

Hello @Sven_Tru ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

This is just a Peer-to-peer community forum and not HP Poly Support. We are all just Volunteers.

To activate a license key for your service:

  • Go to Poly Lens Portal
  • Log in to your existing tenant or sign up for a new account.
  • Go to Manage > Licensing.
  • Select an option in the left-hand menu (“Poly+” "Pro for Rooms" or “Clariti”).
  • Select “Activate a License”.
  • Enter your Activation Key(s) and click “Next” and then “Activate License” to complete activation.
  • For further instructions, please refer to Poly Lens Documentation

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact the HP Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier

Hi @SteffenBaierUK

thank you very much for your reply.

Unfortunately that guide is exactly as far as I got. The licenses are activated. But I have absolutely no way of assigning those licenses to anything, nor do I seem to have a way of confirming that they have been assigned.
