Can we get notificaiton e-mail from Lens cloud in a timely manner when they are availble?

Can we get notificaiton e-mail for those I am managing in my Lens tennant from Lens cloud in a timely manner when they are availble? I would like to know as soon as the new firmware is released. I think the guidance in the below URL works but I am not sure this is effective only for those products in my tennant OR all of Poly products. please kindly confirm.

The email notifications seem to be for all Poly products. If you have feedback about Poly Lens, I suggest using the Feedback function in the lower right corner of Lens. The Lens team is responsive to Feedback sent through that method in my experience.

Thanks for your reply. Today, I got a notification for new Lens room app release. I hope to receive Studio products or phone products as well. I am expecting to having those as upcoming release in near future.

Yes, I've received CCX firmware notifications before. For example, the 9.2.0 notification.
