Product: Polycom RealPresence Group 500

Hi all,

I'm trying to request the GPL/LGPL source code for a legacy Polycom RealPresence Group 500 (Regulatory Type P001, running system software "release - 6.2.1-540239"), under the written offer described in Polycom's own "RealPresence Group Series - Offer of Source for Open Source Software" document (3725-65351-014A).

I've tried emailing both addresses listed in various Polycom/Poly/HP documents:

- [email protected]

Both bounced with "550 Invalid Recipient" errors.

Could anyone point me to the current, correct contact or process for this kind of legacy open-source source code request? Happy to open a formal support case if that's the right path instead.

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

This is just a Peer-to-peer community forum and not HP Poly Support. We are all just Volunteers.

 

The Polycom GroupSeries is End of Life and End of Support.

 

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact the HP Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
