Hi @sewellia, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.
Kindly confirm which home screen you are referring to, if it is MS team
I would suggest you switch the provider mode to Poly and, once done, back to Microsoft.
Kindly verify and update the MS teams.
I request that you verify the firmware on X50 and update if it is available.

Hello @sewellia ,
welcome to the HP Poly community.
The ability to change the home screen is something our Partner Microsoft would need to enable in their application to be made configurable via our Poly Lens Service.
As far as I am aware this is not the case today.
