Poly Lens and Lens Relay
Microsoft Windows 11

Having a problem updating certificates for the Lens Relay Virtual Machines. In Poly Lens the window to copy/past certificate details flashes on screen but disappears before the certificate can be dragged into the box. Tried logging in with different browsers and see same results across multiple PCs.

Hello @DanDorgan, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the Poly Lens.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. We hope our assistance has been helpful!

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please try a few troubleshooting steps provided below so that I can assist you further?

If the window for copying or pasting certificate details flashes briefly before disappearing, here are some possible steps you can take to resolve the issue:

1. Clear Browser Cache: Clearing the browser cache and cookies can help resolve any display issues that might be causing the certificate window to flash and disappear. Try clearing the cache for all the browsers you've used.

2. Browser Updates: Ensure that all browsers you are using are up to date. Outdated browsers may have compatibility issues with web interfaces.

3. Try Alternative Browsers: Although you have tried different browsers, it’s always worthwhile to check with less common ones like Vivaldi or Brave, which might render scripts differently.

4. Disable Browser Extensions: Sometimes, browser extensions such as ad blockers, script blockers, or VPNs can interfere with how a web page displays. Try disabling all extensions and see if the issue persists.

5. Adjust Security Settings: Check the security settings in your browser to ensure that it allows pop-ups and JavaScript, as these might be required for the Poly Lens portal to function correctly.

6. Check Firewall and Antivirus Software: Ensure that your firewall or antivirus software is not blocking the Poly Lens portal, as it might prevent certain windows from opening correctly.

7. Network and System Settings: Consider checking if there are any network policies or system permissions that might interfere with the proper functioning of the application.

8. Poly Lens Portal Access: Ensure that you have the necessary access rights and permissions to perform certificate updates in your Poly Lens portal.

Take care and have an amazing day!

Already tried all the suggested steps to include incognito browser session. I have spoken to one other person who reports he is seeing the same results on his end. Multiple PCs, multiple browsers.
