I need to enable the phone lock feature for a group of phones.  However, when I test on one device with the settings shown in the screenshot, the policy does not work on the phone.  The 2nd screenshot shows that its supposed to be enabled but the 3rd screenshot confirms that it is not.  What am I doing wrong or is this a "feature" when provisioning with Lens?

Hello @Rial_DC_Water ,

welcome back to the HP Poly community.

Your post was placed in a section not suitable for your question as this is covering Poly Lens and also Microsoft Teams based on some of your older posts.

In my role as a community volunteer, I have moved it. It was moved to a section that is more suitable for you or has a specific dedicated section. There is no action required from your end as it was already moved.

It would be great if you could include the details of what Provider is being used on the phone as this may affect what reply we can provide or if this is a setting that may be unavailable to be set due to the yet unknown Provider.

Other volunteers may reply but if you need urgent help please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
