We have our Teams Rooms Poly equipment in Poly Lens and we have Lens Room 1.9.290 installed on all of them. Seeing a lot of the devices Offline and cannot figure out why. The rooms, PC's, cameras, etc. are all in working order. We can manually log into the Room PC and update versions for the E70's for example, the device shows Online for a bit and then goes back Offline. Once they are Offline, they will not update on their own.
Anyone know what is happening here?

Welcome back to the HP Poly community.
I assume this worked at one point and/or are you aware of the Firewall Ports required https://info.lens.poly.com/docs/begin/ports-and-protocols
