Hi,
We have recently successfully implemented the Poly Real Connect service within our O365 Tenant.
The relevant license activation and PowerShell configuration has been applied to our to ensure the service is activated. The required profile configuration has also been pushed down and installed on our Endpoint Devices (Trio 8500 & 8800's) - as per the article here
Poly Trio with Microsoft Teams : Jeff Schertz's Blog
Calls be initiated either by pressing a separate 'Teams Meeting' button accessible from the Home Screen of the Trios to contact the Poly RealConnect Bridge or via the Join button within the Calendar request once it syncs to the Endpoint Device.
When the call is established to the Poly RealConnect Bridge the language is set to American which is only an issue once it advises to input the 'VTC Conference ID followed by the £ sign' - this is due to the fact that the ID will only be recognised on the device by entering the # sign on the keypad.
Is there a way this can either by amended to ensure it advised in input the VTC conference ID followed by the # sign or to change the current language from American to English UK?
Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
