Polycom Studio P009

Hello. A Polycom device from my company has stopped functioning. Windows wasn’t recognizing the Polycom device. I performed a factory reset. Then I connected my Polycom to the Lens Desktop software. I attempted to update it, but when it reached 99%, a notification appeared indicating that it hadn’t been updated. I’ve tried doing it three times, but it never finishes updating. The version displayed on the device is software 744.

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with your Poly Studio P009. I understand how crucial it is for the unit to function properly, and I truly empathize with the inconvenience this has caused.
