Steps performed:
1- Go to https://lens.poly.com/download
2- select windows 10 if not already selected
3- run the msi
4- I get admin rights required prompt 3 times throughout the whole process, and I continue each time (I do have the admin rights)
5- installation gets completed without error
6- installation window closes after it "seems" it is done
7- Nothing happens, and the app is not installed when I check it from the programs.
8- No errors, no notifications, no log is being prompted so I don't know what is happening.

Please follow these troubleshooting steps to help test the Sync 20:
- Verify and update the firmware of the Sync 20 if a new update is available in the Poly Lens application.
- Try using the power adapter to charge the Sync 20.
- Completely discharge the device and then recharge it.
