Hi,
could you help to double-check if the incident on the Jan, 30 has been fixed? I am still seeing the inconsistencies in TC8 connected state reporting in the Poly Lens inventory.

I reported this issue via the feedback function in Lens and received the following response:
"Thanks for taking time to file this issue. We are aware of the issue and current looking for clarification from our development whether there should be status on linked peripherals on the Studio devices. We will get back to you once we have an update."

I just received confirmation that a Lens fix has been deployed. The TC8 are showing up online again in Lens.
"A fix has been deployed to Production to correct the online/offline status for peripheral devices.
A sync metadata script is currently in process and will be executed this afternoon to automatically update the online/offline status for peripheral devices.
Prior to completion of the sync metadata script, the fix can be validated by rebooting the Primary device or unplug/re-plug the TC-device."
