I'm looking to get the msi installer for the new version of the Plantronics Hub. It seems only the exe is available here. I need the msi to deploy the software without needing to completely uninstall and reinstall using the exe.

Hello @Roastedpot ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

The MSIs (32- and 64-bit installers) are distributed through PMP and available in a customer’s tenant portal.

Best Regards

This must have started recently? The MSI installs were available on Poly's website for all previous versions.

What is PMP? Can you please provide a link to register for this portal? We used to just download it off Polycoms website for organization wide deployment.

Hey if you start the update process from via the software installed on one of your workstations, pause when the installer pops up and browse to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\PlantronicsHub\ you should be able to find the MSI in a folder named something like dnzfb6acj0mrthqv1i7o8ksgux4wp2e9l3y5.

So the MSI files for Plantronics Hub are now only available with a paid subscription of PMP?

HP Recommended

Hello @Riley_N ,

Plantronics Hub clients registered to our public consumer tenant should automatically receive notifications for an upgrade to the latest Hub version (3.25.2).
Nevertheless, if they still need access to an MSI file and don’t have a registered PMP tenant, we can offer the following links:

https://df84x76lg9aky.cloudfront.net/Software/3.25.2ProductionRelease/HubWindowsInstallerMsi_x64.zip
https://df84x76lg9aky.cloudfront.net/Software/3.25.2ProductionRelease/HubWindowsInstallerMsi_x86.zip

If you have any follow-up questions or require official support I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards
