Motorola has the same advice in reverse, there's nothing wrong with the phone contact the provider of the headset. That having been said, I have tried clearing the cache, clearing the storage and trying to install in safe mode. The app will not be installed.

I opened a case with HP concerning this issue. They had the same information except this time, there was a new Windows desktop app. I followed the link to the HP page, downloaded the new Windows app. It directed me to a QR code for Android app. I captured the code to the cell phone, and it navigated to Google Play/Poly Lens. It downloaded and installed correctly.
