Hello @Ahmed_K ,
Welcome to the HP Poly community.
What devices can you see in the online version? Usually, Poly Lens Cloud is used to see devices like a Poly Studio X, etc., registered online.
Poly Lens desktop is used to:
- Have a local overview of devices connected to the PC installed
- If a user is signed into the App, report these devices to Poly Lens in the Cloud.
We document this >here< and the online help should be consulted.
If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

Hello @Ahmed_K ,
Only devices locally connected to a PC or a Mac will show up in the local Poly Lens Desktop View.
If there is no User logged into the local installation of Lens Desktop, this device will not report these devices to the Poly Lens cloud.
- Poly Lens Cloud is where you can see all devices
- Poly Lens Desktop is only for checking on a PC/Mac locally what is installed on this single device (Headset, Poly Sync, Bluetooth adapter, or a local Poly USB camera)
- Poly Lens Room is for MTRoW to report these Devices back to Poly Lens Cloud.
