Hi,

We've rencently started to deploy Poly Lens Desktop (PLD) with SCCM to all our endpoints, with the aim to be able to manage general headset settings, mainly to manage headsets firmware updates.

While testing the software, e also defined settings regarding desktop client updates, where we want to enforce them so software is always to the latest available version.

What we've found is that PLD is announcing that an update is available, and when we oress the install/update button, we end up with the following MSI install error

While investigating the weird error message, we found that the msi install is downloaded to the user's download folder:

MSI log does nto show anything relevant:

Does anyone knows what this error means? Obviously PLD is already installed.. we are trying to update it!!

Is thre a way to configure where the software is downloaded? We do suspect it could be related to msi being ran from download location (which is restricted in our environment)
