Hi All, I have some Poly VVX 411 devices provisioned on Poly Lens and a couple of them are always in an OFFLINE status. Through Poly Lens these devices are registered on Teams as a SIP device, with Teams SIP Gateway feauture, and in Teams work well, they can make and receive calls. I tried to reboot the device, I tried to remove the device from Lens an provision again but the Status never changed. How it's possible to fix this wrong device status? Thanks

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly produc you use.
This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions. This is stated in the FAQ or Read 1st section and explained why this is important.
Regarding Poly lens and Microsoft Teams, there is no phone telemetry between the two exchanged so you need to ensure the relevant ports and protocols are open.
