Hi
We are installing the Poly Lens Room app on our Poly Room devices.
I noticed that the provisiong is a manual step, is there an automatic process that can be enabled, or do we have to log into each device, get the code and then register on the Lens portal?
Thanks,
Rob

You can auto provision devices into poly lens without any interaction by setting up a DHCP option. This is how I enrolled all my conference devices and desk phones into Lens.
Edit: this may not work on the app. Not sure if the app supports DHCP option.

Thanks Nlev. I have been able to enroll via DHCP options as well. However this is specifically for the Poly Lens Room app that was recently released, and allows devices, such as MTRW devices to appear on Lens

Hello @nlev
thanks for replying but this is a question about MTRoW when installing our Poly Lens Room app.
It is completely different to onboarding via DHCP options for MTRoA.
Best regards
