Hi,
I just installed the update on a MacBook Pro 14inch M1 Max (64 GB RAM, 8 TB). I have several Poly headsets. All settings have been deleted by the update and the headsets are not recognized by the software anymore. Kudos! I try to debug everything for an hour. Removed the devices from bluetooth settings and then re-added them. It is absolutely horrible. Created a poly account. Logged in on website. Logged in in software. Logged out. Re-logged in 3 times. It even does not show my name. Just says "Welcome Guest". Even so in settings sections it shows I am logged in.. but it is unable to retrieve my name besides the mail address even so it is configured. Completely beta trash at this point. Will try to get the old version again. Sorry, but you need to test it before giving us such software updates. Not funny.
Besides that in the software is a button on the top right that leads to the software feedback page. This website loads forever just to be in the end not working. https://lens.poly.com/appfeedback
Another point here in this thread.. I even cannot select the correct (current) Mac OS X version in the operating system drop-down menu. Outdated forum as well. Why is everything broken, no matter where one looks today?
I know acquisitions are hard but please don't kill Poly like you did with Palm etc. If you cannot get on track in the next two month I will sell all our Poly headsets and switch to the competition. Would be a sad end after so many years.
I even cannot find the website to download the old version. It always re-downloads 2.0....

Where is the download for the old working version 1.X?
- Poly Voyager Focus 2 UC Series
- Poly Voyager 5200 UC Series
- Both listed in the V2.0 release notes as supported under Sequoia 15.4 with an M1 or newer chip
- It also doesn' t matter if I use bluetooth, the dock or the Dongle (BT-700 USB-C) as connection. The software is unable to recognize the headset.
Another bug is that "Siri" or "Hey Siri" does not work yet. This also needs to be fixed soon as Apple Intelligence with ChatGPT is now picking up. I want to use it on the MacBook as well, while being in calls or on the headset during work hours without pressing buttons.
Update:
Finally found the old version listed at https://lens.poly.com/manage/software-versions after login.
Uninstalled 2.X. Reinstalled 1.4. for Mac.
Luckily, all former 8 headset settings survived and are recognized instantly.
Let us know when you fixed the unusable 2.X version.
Until then do A B testing and don't promote it please. I disabled updates for now.
