Software Release Announcement:
Poly Lens Desktop v2.016.1983 (Windows only) is available for download
NOTE: Poly Lens Desktop 2.0 release is for Windows 10/11 PC/Notebooks only.
Mac PCs are supported up to Poly Lens Desktop 1.4.
Download it either via Poly Lens , via the Lens app if already installed or >here<

Poly Lens Desktop 2.0 ensures platform security for users and requires admin privileges for installation. Please ensure you have the privileges before you proceed with the installation/upgrade

The PC’s Bluetooth will be toggled OFF and ON during the install/upgrade/uninstall process

What's New
This software includes the following updates.

Bluetooth® direct for device management: Support for Poly Voyager Free 60 Series, Voyager Surround 80 and Voyager Surround 85, will allow users to customize settings and update their devices when connected natively via Bluetooth, without a USB adapter on Windows PC/Notebook.

Bluetooth® direct with Zoom: Call control actions like answer, hangup, mute/un-mute can now be performed on a Zoom call with natively connected select headsets.

HP Differentiated Pairing:Pair your Bluetooth device natively to your HP PCs/Notebooks with a One-click connect.

Notifications Center: Stay informed with notifications in a brand-new way.

Lens Desktop App version: The version of Poly Lens Desktop app is now available under the Poly Lens Settings About section.
Resolved Issues
This release includes the following bug fixes.

Improved performance and workflow for Device updates.

Resolved an issue where end users were incorrectly notified to update the Poly Lens Desktop App to the latest version, despite the Use Latest available version being toggled OFF in the Poly Lens Cloud Policy.
Known Issues
This release has the following known issues:

Device update over Native Bluetooth is supported for Device Software version 5039 and above.

Support for Poly Studio P21 is deprecated starting with Poly Lens Desktop 2.0.

Camera Favorites will not be migrated to Poly Lens Desktop 2.0.

AMD and Intel audio drivers on PCs/Notebooks must be updated to the latest supported full mute sync in Zoom with Bluetooth Direct. For more information, please refer to HP Software and Drivers.

Disabling the Manage All parent setting may not automatically disable its child settings.

Poly Voyager Free 60 and Voyager Surround 80, when connected to the PC via native Bluetooth, incorrectly display settings under the Wireless category.

Language update fails when using Poly Savi 8410.

Poly Studio P15 may incorrectly display People framing option for the Tracking mode setting.

Performing Factory reset on Poly Voyager Free 60 and Voyager Surround 85, does not revert the following settings to their default value - Mute Reminder mode, Wearing Sensor value, Auto-Answer value, and Auto Pause Music value.

Lens Desktop update with 3 times delay Cloud policy may not be triggered until user clicks Ask me later the 4th time after app restart.
