Microsoft Windows 11

Using the Poly Lens desktop app, it tells me that there is an update to my BT 700 USB adapter (to version 0.0.1122.4724.

However, it cannot update it because it says that "cannot update BT 700 during a call", but I am not in any call at all.

Thank you for your help

1. Could you please unpair the BT700 and repair it, try updating the firmware once again, and check if the issue still persists?
2. Could you please try updating the firmware of the Bt700 on a different PC?
