Hello

How can I deactivate the update message of the app itself? The messages about firmware updates for the headsets are ok, but not the messages when an update is available for the app itself.
The user cannot install them anyway due to a lack of admin rights.
Where can I suppress this notification or deactivate the check whether there is a new version of the app?

  • Option 2 > A customer can specify a version in their LENS desktop policy, then they have to toggle off use the latest available version

Hey Steffen

Option 1: No, 2.7k Users....

Option 2: Where can I find this setting? Manage -> Policys -> and than?

I always have too choose there a device family. We are talking about the Windows APP, and only Headsets which are connected to these Windows devices.
