- m100 / lifesize Icon Flex problem

Hi, the m100 client crash if I connect the new camera Iconflex (Lifesize). These camera works OK in my laptop with otrher softwware (Skype,Big Blue Button,...).
When I select the IconFlex camera in the m100 appears the error: "An internal error ocurred. Try restarting" and the m100 os closed.
I have update to the last version the m100, the IconFlex software, the video controller, Adobe Air,...
These are the errors in the log

The same problem appears if I try tro connect the IconFlex camero to a real telepresene client.
Did anyone had a similar problem?

Hello Pablo,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
You are stating you have updated to the latest Version but you have not stated what you believe at present when writing this post is the latest Version.
Have you installed m100 Version 1.0.7 ?
In addition what operating system are you using ?
I briefly checked internally and based on the error message found a similar ticket which was resolved in the past when using virtual cameras.
Have you got any other Polycom infrastructure so you could open a ticket?
