Hello all,

 

Sometimes a Ping or Trace Route command can help troubleshooting Network issues.

 

Using a mouse utilizing the USB port or a Touch Screen connected to the Device Screen and swipe from the right to the left

Once the settings are accessed the Ping

Or the Trace Route can be used

Alternatively using Telnet Port 23 via Putty or similar:
