Using a Poly Studio X, Poly Studio G62 or Poly G7500 the devices can be queried using multiple methods.

 

SNMP

  1. In your web browser address line, enter the Studio X, G62, or G7500 system’s IP address and Login credentials.
  2. Go to Servers > SNMP
  3. Click the Download MIB link.

Syslog

 

 

  1. In your web browser address line, enter the Studio X, G62, or G7500 system’s IP address and Login credentials.
  2. Go to Diagnostics > Logs > System Log Settings
    Enter a remote Log Server IP or FQDN
