You’re able to update and downgrade only Components that are connected to the Poly Studio X such as mic table, Studio E70, Touch control, etc.

 

Note: Make sure the TC8 or TC10 is paired with the system FIRST.
 
  1. Download the software package from the support page.
  2. Extract 2 times the download file.
  3. Copy only the Softwareupdate.cfg file and the component folder and paste them into the USB stick.
    Note:

    Use the touchctrl to update or downgrade the TC8 or TC10.

  4. Connect the USB flash drive to a USB port on the back of the system.

    If the system detects the USB flash drive, a prompt displays on the monitor to confirm that you want to update the software.

    If there’s no input to the system, it automatically starts the update after a short delay.
Note: Poly recommends formatting your USB flash drive with the FAT32 file system.
