- How to Update TC8 or TC10 Using USB Stick
You’re able to update and downgrade only Components that are connected to the Poly Studio X such as mic table, Studio E70, Touch control, etc.
Note: Make sure the TC8 or TC10 is paired with the system FIRST.
- Download the software package from the support page.
- Extract 2 times the download file.
- Copy only the Softwareupdate.cfg file and the component folder and paste them into the USB stick.Note:
Use the touchctrl to update or downgrade the TC8 or TC10.
- Connect the USB flash drive to a USB port on the back of the system.
If the system detects the USB flash drive, a prompt displays on the monitor to confirm that you want to update the software.
If there’s no input to the system, it automatically starts the update after a short delay.
Note: Poly recommends formatting your USB flash drive with the FAT32 file system.
