Updating the Poly Studio E70 can be using Poly Lens or using Windows updates.
NOTE: We highly recommend disabling windows automatic updates.
Using the Poly Lens:
- Download and install the Poly Lens application on your Personal PC.NOTE: We highly recommend you not to install the Poly Lens in the conference computer, and if you’ve installed it, uninstall it.
- Run the application.
- Select the Studio E70 from the list.
- Select the Update button from the Overview Tap.
- The Studio E70 restarts once the update is done.
To update a custom software such as Beta, or previous versions:
- Select Support > Device Info & Logs.
- Select Upload to select a cutom software from your local device.
- Select the .dfu file.
- The Studio E70 restarts once the update is done.
Using the Windows updates:
- Open the Windows Settings.
- For windows 10:
- Select Update & Security.
- Select Search for Updates, if no update is available:
- Under the Windows Update, select View optional updates.
- Tap Driver updates.
- Select Poly, INC - USBDevice -x.x.x.xxxx.
- Select Download and install.
- Select Download and install.
- For Windows 11:
- Select Windows Update.
- Select Search for Updates, if no update is available:
- Select Optional updates from the Additional options.
- Select Poly, INC - USBDevice -x.x.x.xxxx.
- Select Download and install.
- Select Download and install.
