If you encounter issues with your device, you can try restarting it.
1. Remove power by either unplugging the PoE network cable from the system, or the DC power cable if you are using one.
2. Plug the PoE network cable, or power cable back in.
The device restarts after you plug it back in. You may need to reselect the device as the default video device for your conferencing software,
