If you have sound, video, or microphone issues then follow these steps:

 

  • Ensure the Poly Studio R30 is recognized by the PC 
  • Verify that the Poly Studio R30 is set as your default device or selected in the software [RV1] 
  • Check that the device isn't muted
  • Adjust the volume
  • Ensure the camera is turned on / not muted in software
  • Make sure the camera cover is removed
