There are two common issues with the remote control: the system does not respond, or the remote control is not recognized in Lens.
- The system does not respond to the remote control
Battery is not charged: Charge the remote-control battery.
- Remote control not recognized in Len
Inactive for 30 seconds: Press any key or move it to wake it up.
If the issue still appears, the remote is not paired. Follow the instructions below:
- Connect your device to your PC and select the device from the list in the left sidebar
- Select the remote-control connection toggle.
- The LED light blinks blue and white alternatively during the pairing process
- Long press Mute on the remote control until you hear a notification sound
Pair the Bluetooth remote control manually after you re-enable the remote-control connection. If you disable the remote-control connection, the Bluetooth remote control disconnects from the Poly Studio R30 device. You must pair the device manually after you re-enable the remote-control connection.
