  1. Ensure that you are using Poly Lens Desktop App (the R30 is not supported by Poly Lens Mobile App or Plantronics Hub Mobile App). Download from Poly Lens Device Management App | HP® Official Site
  2. Disconnect the R30 from your computer, wait a few seconds and plug back in. 
  3. Restart the Poly Lens App connected to the Poly Studio R30
  4. Restart the PC or phone being used with the Poly Studio R30
  5. Check for firmware and software updates through Poly Lens App
  6. Verify settings for selected Poly Studio R30 in Poly Lens App
  7. Perform a device check by testing alternative PC with the Poly Studio R30
  8. Check device manager to ensure that the PC recognizes the device / proper drivers installed.
