No one mentioned it, but I have techs going to two locations that formatting and reinstalling 4.10 did not work.

 

Serial numbers: CNC1M6D03C and CNC1M6D03J    Serial numbers are too close to not notice.  They ended up 1,200 miles apart.

 

Edit/Added on.  Techs are on the way with 4.10.0.1.

If updating to 4.10.0.1 doesn't work let us know as we'll need to look into this further with L3.

On the first machine, it did not work.  CNC1M6D03J. 

 

EDIT: I had the tech do a double format.  Installing 4.10.0.1 was successful.

On CNC1M6D03C I had the tech pre-boot format the drive, shut it down, pre-boot format again.  Install 4.10.01.  Set time/date/IP, etc...  Rebooted machine 4 times without issue.
