We have a client that recently purchased this plotter. The issue is that when the plotter runs out of paper, it purges the print job out of the plotter rather than waiting for a paper reload and resuming. I know that this is a lower end plotter as it does not actually track length of paper used as do higher end models so it cannot use predictive out of paper tracking. Is this just the way it is or is there a setting that can be turned on either printer or driver?

Unfortunately there is no adjustments in the T830 for out of paper behavior. That is something that can be adjusted in the T9X0 and up. I have a lot of them in the field and get asked about this also.

Just thought another Partner might have some experience that they could share. Not sure why you would limit questions only to Laserjet and Pagewide?
