Product: Envy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After changing the color and black cartridges, the print outs were out of alignment.  I ran diagnostics and did "clean cartridge", "adjust alignment" and still not printing correctly.  Even the copy option is giving print outs that are not aligned.

If you insert your old ink, do the print outs come out well?

 

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
