I have a HP ENVY 6030e. It has been working amazingly up until today. I had to change the ink for the first time. So I did so with the ink that was sent to me from the HP subscription and now all its doing is printing blank sheets. Please help! I have tried the VA but she just doesn’t seem to be getting me

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you getting any error messages or codes?
  • Does the copy print out the same way? 

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues By the end of the article you will be able to isolate the issue.
