I just purchased a new 910xl ink cartridge for my printer. I put it in and it did not print any black ink. I attempted to clean the printer heads through the setting. Attempted alignment basically everything I could try, but nothing has worked. It's to the point I tried so many times I'm completely out of color ink.

I understand that the new replacement black ink cartridge is not working. Make sure you are using HP inks. 

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

Check if you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

 

If you have an alternate/old black ink cartridge, insert the same and check if it works. If it does, the new black ink cartridge is defective.
