Product: HP photosmarte 3110

Bonjour, j'utilise que très rarement mon imprimante. D'habitude après un nettoyage des têtes tout repart. Cette fois, tout est reparti, sauf l'encre noire, même après remplacement de la cartouche, même après plusieurs (5 où 6) nettoyage de cartouches. L'impression de fait bien, on entend le bruit d'impression, mais la feuille sort blanche. Qui pourrait m'expliquer comment remédier au problème, d'avance merci.
