My HP OfficeJet 5258 is not printing.
The internal mechanism that moves the black ink cartridge forward inside is making a scraping noise.
We have cleaned the cartridges and replaced them but the problem continues.
We have turned off and unplugged the device and problem continues.
The home screen reads as follows but even after following its directions the problem continues.
What do I do to fix this?
