Product: Samsung C480FW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer has refused to print any colours for months but I persisted with greyscale instead. The cartridges have plenty of toner in them. Now even a page of black text prints with a grey background instead of white (ie no toner at all), making the printer useless. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

 

In addition, pressing the copy button won't initiate a copy - displays 'not available'. *EDIT* <<This issue seems to have resolved, although produces the same no-colour, grey background results as a print.
