Hi @Chrystine,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're having trouble connecting your printer to HP's Instant Ink service. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

Check Printer Compatibility: Make sure that your printer model is compatible with HP Instant Ink. You can check this on HP's website or in your printer's documentation.

Connect to the Internet: Your printer needs to be connected to the internet to use Instant Ink. Ensure your printer is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network. You can usually do this through the printer's control panel under network settings.

Update Printer Firmware: Sometimes, updating the printer's firmware can resolve connectivity issues. Check for any available updates in your printer settings or on the HP website.

HP Account and Printer Registration: Make sure that your printer is registered to your HP account. You can do this through the HP Smart app or on the HP website. The printer needs to be linked to your account for Instant Ink to work.

Restart Devices: Turn off your printer and your router, wait for about a minute, and then turn them back on. This can help resolve network issues that might be preventing the connection.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
