Product: HP DESKJET INK ADVANTAGE 3835
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot find ink cartridge anywhere in world.  Product code:  F5R96B.  Ink Cartridge 680. Printer: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835.

Printer was purchased in Philippines.  The 680 cartridges on Lazada, Shoppee, etc. are F6 types.  I have an email conversation going with HP rep on the U.S. website but it is not going well as the rep states that they cannot find the product code.  Any advice?  Thanks
