I buy my ink from the HP instant Ink program.  Recently, my print quality deteriorated significantly.  After multiple calls to HP Customer Support it was determined that a defective cartridge was sent to me and it had "infected" my printer.  They sent me a replacement cartridge.  Upon installation, the problem did not improve.  Another couple of calls....the defective ink cartridge had rendered my printer inoperable.  They agreed to replace my printer and sent me a confirmation.  After a couple days, and not hearing anything further from HP, I called again.  The agent said..."we've sent you another cartridge", the replacement printer was cancelled.  I asked to speak to a supervisor.  The Agent came back on after several minutes and said...no the replacement printer was not cancelled....its coming.  I asked to speak to a supervisor.  The Agent said there was a long wait line to speak to a supervisor...could one call me back in an hour.  So, it's been several hours...no call.  AM IS STUPID?  WHAT'S GOING ON???
