cartridge are almost full...diagnostic says so...black prints but 80%...I 've done almost everything
to no avail...wasted lots of paper trying ...need help !!!! support kept me waiting for an hour and a
half ....until I got tired of waiting!!!

@milico1, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that the printer is not printing in color and the black print quality is not good.
Are you using HP ink cartridges?
Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times and print a test page to check the result.
Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
If this does not help, use alternate/new ink cartridges and check.
If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
